Worked exactly as advertised. When the activated code failed after some months, they immediately sent a new code that worked flawlessly. Excellent customer support and the product provide a decent suite of applications from the office line.
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
