All the staff members I have met at Ambiance Tan and Espresso have been very friendly and helpful. Because of my experience at Ambiance Tan and Espresso so far using the infrared Groupon, I have started tanning there as well.
First, the staff was very welcoming which was really pleasant. They made sure I was comfortable and informed me of all the things I needed to know for it being my first time.
The tank experience was great. A bit nerve wrecking in the beginning. I had a bit of a time get adjusted and comfortable in the water, it was so buoyant. It was overall a great and relaxing experience. I also accomplished some clarity which was much needed personally. I definitely recommend it! And I will be back!

The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
