The groupon was easy to purchase. I went online and requested a call back (it was pretty late when I was online) and they called me the next day to set up an appointment. They were able to come in just 2 days. The two technicians arrived on time (a little early actually!), explained everything, and took care to make sure our pets were safe from escaping. They were careful with equipment and clean up. It smells so fresh and clean. I should have done this years ago. As with most carpet cleaning, it was damp afterwards but not terrible when going from carpet to other hard surfaces.
Straight forward process, after multiple attempts to purchase - probably more an issue with the credit card security than the vendor. Downloaded software smoothly
