This was an awesome experience, and I am actually waiting to see Dr. Rae for a second session as I write this. Very considerate and patient with questions. I did notice significant shifts in my body though after the session, more ease stretching certain muscles in particular, and a bit more room in the shoulder. Very cool first time experience with acupuncture!
