I've purchased this product because I didn't want to pay a monthly subscription for 365. The installation process went smoothly but I ran into an issue with activation (end user error) I've reached out to the support team and they were quick to reply to my email and provided me with step-by-step instructions. The support staff was very helpful and professional.
I absolutely LOVE my custom cushion covers! I wasn’t sure what the final product would look like BUT it definitely exceeded my expectations and so glad I ordered them. I plan to order more.
