This was such a good deal! The instructions were helpful and easy to follow to retrieve your product key. I actually signed on to my Microsoft account and entered my product key there first -- which meant I was already authenticated on each program and only needed to download and install. I thought I was going to need some help and emailed the company, but I solved my issue in about 5 minutes. They still responded shortly after that -- so the communication response is awesome. Darren was awesome and worked hard on trying to fix and help my sciatic nerve problem and pain I was experiencing! I have been using revive for many many years. I started with them at their Surfside location and I've never had a disappointing massage! I will be back again I'm sure! I know I can count on them to get a good massage like I want!
