The experience was great, I was seen on a day the office was closed. They went out of their way to open on a day off, I'm so grateful for that. The service was excellent, the exam was a new experience for me but it was good. The store was neat and clean. The customer service was beyond excellent. I will definitely recommend it to others and I will be back for future appointments.
the experience went well however i didnt like the fact of being charged a hidden fee of 200.00 for follow up visits. also i was mistakenly given the same prescription to fill which caused me to pay an extra 150.00 because my insurance just paid for the first one. its 7 years later and i can still see well.
