My cards came super fast and are great quality. The groupon was very clear about what was included. The website was easy to use and had some great designs. Everything came nicely packaged. Very happy with this purchase and would buy from this company again.
I bought this item last year in September and recently had an issue with it not working. I reached out to the support email (it’s Friday at 5pm) and someone got back to me almost instantly with thorough instructions to fix the issue.
The issue itself was user error and they were compassionate and educated in their responses.
The product is working flawlessly now.
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
I cannot speak more highly about this item and this company in general! I purchased the maximum of five Groupon to make customize items for my family members for Christmas. I was having a little trouble with the group since there were so many and a representative from the company reached out to make sure that I had all the assistance I needed and got my order placed correctly.
