I purchased and installed 6 months ago and it recently gave me an error stating it wasn’t activated. I emailed support and received a response back in about 30 min apologizing for the delay. They explained I didn’t enter the product key and was basically using the trial. They provided me the key and instructions. I was up and running in a few minutes. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!
