We had a great time at the zoo. We all, young and older had a wonderful time. At first it didn’t seem like it was much but it turned out to be a great experience.

I thought this was GREAT customer service! When you purchase tickets and receive them it says REDEEMED, meaning you have the physical tickets. I have mine but haven’t used them yet. Thanks Scott for explaining that! It can be a bit confusing.
The sail boat and its captain were top notch. Me and the wife enjoyed the ride and even learned how to navigate and use proper terms. I highly recommend, will do it again.
