I bought this expecting it might not work—after all, it was inexpensive. At first, it did seem to fail, so I planned to get the product directly from Microsoft. On a whim, I replied to the vendor’s email instead, not expecting much help.
To my surprise, they responded in under 30 minutes, apologized for the issue, and provided clear troubleshooting steps. When I needed more help, they replied again promptly. In the end, the problem turned out to be on my machine, and once I fixed it, everything worked perfectly.
Bottom line: exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be using this vendor again.
