No interaction with company beyond the retail platform. Was a little confused about receiving a Groupon 'voucher code' to be redeemed at another site where you will receive the Microsoft download (link) and the License Key (which is also emailed)...It all worked well, bought 1 then several days later bought another license. The license is a LTSC License for Microsoft Office Pro 2024. I love it, would buy again; heck I did!
