This was my second time using this location (Ann Road). Both were great.
If you clearly tell them which service(s) you need performed, you will get exactly what you ask for. No b.s., no hard upselling. An oil change...as it should be.

The manager CJ was so helpful and kind. He let me know all the things that were suggested to be done on the car, but did not pressure me to do it. This is where I will be getting my oil changed done from now on.
