Good experience. I was leery after the bad reviews but I made an appointment no problem and the staff was nice and personable. Procedure was painless and comfortable.
This was our first time to this park to hike and was highly recommended by a few friends in the area. We did several challenging trails and also saw beautiful waterways/ falls running in the midst of a blistering winter day.
