I had my first visit ever to laser a small area. Check-in was friendly, efficient, and fast (if you complete the medical forms electronically before arrival), and fast. I was called back 30 seconds after check-in. My nurse practioner was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and asked pertinent questions. She also explained everything in detail so I had no questions. I highly recommend SEV, Bethesda.

I recently purchased a new laptop which came with Windows 11 Home installed on it but I wanted the Professional version, and I was aware of the fact that I didn't need to pay retail price for it. i was also aware of Groupon so when I looked into upgrading I decided upon Groupon in order to make my purchase, it was my first purchase with them. I made my purchase on 11/05/2025 but was unable to install the upgrade until 11/06/2025 due to prior obligations. Once I had some time the entire upgrade took about 10 minutes. It honestly couldn't have been any easier. I now have Windows 11 Pro installed and activated on my new machine with all of my data still in place. I lost absolutely nothing, my settings didn't change in the least and I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend Groupon. The entire process was just slick as can be!
