I had an issue after 30 days of purchase but MyCodes24 (David) resolved it immediately. His response to my email was extremely prompt, professional, customer friendly, and extremely helpful. The entire issue was fixed in less than an hour which I really appreciate. Excellent customer service and quick resolution. I highly recommend. I have purchased the Office 2024 Professional Plus Lifetime twice. One for my new Surface Pro 11 on 11/9/25. The second was on 11/29/25 for the Surface Pro 11 purchased for my daughter on black Friday. I highly recommend MyCodes24 and will definitely utilize them in the future. David is exceptional!!!!!
