The staff is very attentive and friendly. The place is clean and beautiful and makes it such a calming place to be.

The staff including check-in, check-out, locker room attendant and the therapists were wonderful. They were thorough, caring and made the experience! The only disappointment is that the facilities are somewhat lackluster and could use some repair and replacement. But the staff made it easy to overlook the facility.

I had a wonderful massage my Erin. She was professional and polite. The front desk staffs were also very attentive and delightful. I would come back for my massage with Erin.
