Awesome! Front desk staff stellar! Me- recovering from hospital stay, cane limping from out of town. Staff friendly, informative & kind. Thought that it being in gym atmosphere it may not be best for peace & recovery but was in private area. Did compression and sauna and they even had a message chair I didnt know I needed! Great friendly place! good place for a little tune up!
Awesome place!! Did the Intro to Ariel Fitness this wkend and WOW, great stretching & strength workout! Muscles I didn’t know I have got worked! The instructor was wonderful at explaining positions flows and helpful in assisting me get those positions. Definitely recommend trying it out, no matter your size, your age, your strength. Great time!
