The customer service could use some work, but the tour guide for the included cave tour made up for it! He was very knowledgeable and energetic! The experience was cool- definitely glad we found a great price through Groupon! I recommend it, if you can get the discount.
The owner is prompt and super courteous. We were able to schedule a crew. They missed the first appointment but showed up on time for the reschedule. The two ladies in the crew were professional and hardworking. They did a great job cleaning my home and I've purchased a second groupon for a return visit.
