The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.

Absolutely Loved my Sauna Body Wrap. Lost 3 inches overall. Charisse was so Nice and Explained everything to you and offered Helpful suggestions. I felt so light and detoxified when I left. Would definitely recommend to anyone and can't wait for my next wrap. :)

Ashley was FANTASTIC! Her pre-massage consultation was very thorough and allowed her to customize my massage to target my desired areas at the right level of pressure. Throughout the massage, she identified areas that I wasn’t aware were very tight. She provided me with recommendations on how to improve my health! Booking with her was easy and I loved the ambience of her studio. I plan to return!
