Great place to reset your body from what ails you! Love the infrared bed, the cold room and the cold plunge. Excellent service also. I would highly recommend.

We had a great afternoon. I treated my husband to a massage for his birthday. He enjoyed it as well as me. We also had the mini facial. If I lived close to Chattanooga this would definitely become a regular spot to visit.
