Jessica took the time to assess the texture and thickness of my hair, asked me about my hair care routine, and was interested in the photos I showed with previous haircut, style and ideas. She was a great listener and offered stylistic advice that I requested. Her skill was excellent, quick and gentle. The haircut and highlights are beautiful!
