Full Synthetic Oil Change
Was sad I couldn’t get a transmission fluid change and I’m not sure if it’s laziness or seriously stripped and un accessible… oops change was nice and fast. BUT went to Bellevue location asked about transmission fluid change and was recommended to go to Redmond location… came here for nothing because they don’t want to do it either…

I am really happy with Honest-1 Auto and all three of the guys I met yesterday! Evan was a very polite young man! Chris, the mechanic who checked my car was super knowledgeable and gave honest answers about what was needed. Nate, the office manager was the absolute best! I could use so many great adjectives to describe him, but it would take all day! Lol! My car is back in the bay today getting a new catalytic converter! Woo hoo! : /
