I’d like a 2/3rd refund. I was only able to schedule one of the massages. The second two they refuse to pick up their phone and respond to our voice messages.
Owner Ericka has made Pure Serenity a tranquil environment, and even has time to talk to the customers in between her massages and healing work. I wish I lived closer and I would be in all the time!
