Gilbert is by far the best trainer I’ve worked with. When you do the assessment he finds out what your goals are & works with you to take actionable steps to achieve those goals. I signed up for the classes & also purchased personal training sessions. The classes & education received about diet alone helped me lose the extra baby weight that I couldn’t get rid of.
