Staff was friendly, however, being that I wad a first time customer, i feel that they could've given me more of an introduction to the other services that are available at no additional cost. ie: oxygen bar & message chairs. Their space for before and after preperation is not private. I felt uncomfortable drying my hair and putting my makeup on because I didn't want to disturb the other customers. The float experience itself was nice and relaxing as expected. However, I probably will only do it again as a special treat to myself.
It was a great experience my husband and I relaxed in the salt room very good benefits we also burned calories in the duel spa Wendy is the best great hospitality!
