The Bertucci's gift certificate was through a 3rd party website not through Bertucci's. I was nervous thinking it was going to be a run around to get the certificate but, once I went to the 3rd party website and filled out the groupon codes for the $50.00 gift certificate, the website said it could take up to 24 hours for a turn around. But I was given (2) $25.00 gift certificates to Bertucci's in 10 minutes, I actually used the certificates that same night and ordered online for pickup.
The food was ok, I always order chicken parm from Bertucci's but this last time the sauce didn't taste good. My Husband is never a fan of Bertucci's, it's a shame to see Bertucci's losing their way, I would like to see them continue but they need to cook like they did 10 yrs ago not like they do now.
I order their Heat and Eat meals every week. You get a healthy premade meal that you just pop in the microwave and dinner is done! We initially used this service when we were moving and packing up a home we'd lived in for 30 years, but now, we do not want to do life without it! I cannot buy the ingredients and make these meals myself for less than what the packages cost. All the meals are delicious! This is a money saver and a time saver so how could you go wrong?
