Received help though text, email and reservation through call day before my trip. David was very helpful. Cherie checked us in promptly at time texted. Tour guide was AMAZING! He loves what he does and it shows. Made it fun for kids and adults as well. Very informative about the history of the falls and construction of crows nest. Definitely recommend this tour if you are traveling to Niagara!

Excellent! I took three of my friends on a sunset cruise and we had a blast. The staff greeted us as VIPs and we were able to roam freely. The ride was so smooth and the weather was fantastic. I had the Captain Choice cocktail and my friends had their Shirley Temples. We watched the sunset outside and took some awesome pictures. We relaxed while listening to live music on board. It was wonderful!
