Strength-training sessions can incorporate kettlebells, TRX suspension systems, bands, stability balls, or helium-filled free weights depending on the intensity of the scheduled class. Spinning classes, meanwhile, get heart rates going as students pedal through a simulated series of hills and sprints, while dance-inspired barre workouts create long, lean muscles. Yoga practice ranges from the deep, sustained stretches of yin yoga to the dynamic, fluid movements of vinyasa-style yoga, and Revolution Fitness is also home to Indo-Row: indoor rowing classes that build teamwork skills while providing a full-body workout.
