This place is truly magical. Very kind & helpful staff members. I found a few things in the gift shop. Employees there were also very friendly. The lights, trees, rides and food were all very good. We loved Santa! Definitely will be back soon.

The ambience was pretty amazing however it felt like the entire thing was rushed. And we never got to see John Wick on a screen or anywhere. No sign of John wick.

We had a great time. We went on a Thursday for my son’s 4th birthday. Everyone acknowledged him and made him feel special. The wait times were short and the weather was perfect.
I had a wonderful experience with a mani/pedi package. It also included use of the spa lounge, hot tubs, steam room and sauna. My nail technician was kind and amazing. My nails still look great after three weeks. Very pleased.
