Awesome! Front desk staff stellar! Me- recovering from hospital stay, cane limping from out of town. Staff friendly, informative & kind. Thought that it being in gym atmosphere it may not be best for peace & recovery but was in private area. Did compression and sauna and they even had a message chair I didnt know I needed! Great friendly place! good place for a little tune up!
