The Ki Mobility team were amazing to work with: very helpful, highly communicative and full of good humor. Delivery was right on time and pick up was just as easy. Gillian the customer service rep was very sweet and made daily check-ins to see how we were faring. The mobility scooter was a life-saver to easily visit Las Vegas for my 70 year old mom. Highly recommend using Ki Mobility.

Rules have changed. We'll organized since the new Catalina Flyer. New seats have been installed instead of the tables and chairs, they were dated. Keep up the good work and keep setting new rules and procedures.

Me and my 18 year old son drove the Ferrari 488TB - super nice track and folks - made the experience really worth the money. My 13 year old daughter also did drive along Drifting experience. Loved it.

I will definitely rent from 5 star rental again. The scooters were very nice. Never lost charge. 1 of my family members forgot to charge their scooter and it still kept a charge the next day during the use. On time and very accommodating. Just be sure to call the day before to confirm pick up time.
