I scheduled a Brazilian, it was a first for me and Taylor was so kind and made me feel at ease from the very start. She talked me thru the process and answered all questions and concerns. This was a first for me...BillieAnn was great! She talked to me the whole time, made me feel very comfortable. I won't lie - it hurts a bit - still less than the traditional wax I think tho. I will certainly be back! Love the results!
