I had a difficult time with installing my Groupon Office 2024. I contacted the help that was shown on the Groupon page and received such a quick response with what I needed to do to proceed. I tried that and ran into problems again...this happened a few times but each email to them was promptly answered with options to try. I finally got it to work and love it! I am so appreciative of the help and kindness I received. It is a great deal and the service was EXCELLENT!! Thank you for being a good customer service company in the face of today's market!
