I had the BEST experience with the photographers & staff at JC Penney Portraits. I visited the Roosevelt Field Long Island NY location. I was unhappy with my kids junior high school graduation pictures and had their cap & gown pictures done here and I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were helpful, patient and we received beautiful pictures to celebrate the kids graduation - I would do this again for their high school graduation pictures - thank you so much!!

Alex and Arielle were great to work with! We did a family photo shoot with a range of ages and personalities and they were so patient and accommodating with each person. We ended up with beautiful photos that really showed a range of style from formal to fun to artsy. Alex was super patient and helpful when it came to picking our photos to purchase, and we love the ones we chose! Def recommend!!
