Release yoga has been such a meaningful part of my life for the last three years. The welcoming family like atmosphere makes each of my visits feel personal and restorative. Both the yoga classes and massages are professional, relaxing, and also personalized to your needs. I’m so grateful I have been able to build connections at this studio and plan to continue attending for years coming.
Took my son and daughter for my son's eighteenth birthday. We had so much fun. The kids got to pick the music in the room and went to town. Great activity and both want to come back with friends!!
