The download and install instructions were easy to follow. That said, however, at no time was I asked to enter my Microsoft Word Key number that I was provided. It works well now. Whether it continues to work forever is a question that remains unanswered.
This experience was amazing. The staff was friendly. They had lots of people there which I enjoyed and my daughter made friends. I would definitely do this again.
