I ran into a issue while downloading, however, when I reached out to the Merchant who sent me a helpful YouTube video and other step-by-step instructions and voila… problem solved and Microsoft Office 2021 has been successfully downloaded to my laptop. I would highly recommend this Merchant.

Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.” Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
