I was skeptical about the Groupon deal, but this was an excellent experience. I came in for a routine oil change. My car usually goes to Jiffy Lube, where they overtightened the drain plug, stripping the threads. Most mechanics would push the most expensive fix, but Alper found a creative, temporary solution and offered a discount on a complete repair. Highly recommend and will be back again.
