The spa was great during morning hours when there were not much people there. The relax area with food court, juice bar and other zones looks very nice. I was surprised about opportunity to play chess and the place was not loud regardless of crowds

The staff was wonderful. I needed some additional assistance putting on my ski boot and they were super helpful and patient. Even the staff on the ramp going up I fell once and after that the staff was helpful to make sure I didn't fall again. They were so patient with me. At 54 this was my first time skiing. My family had a blast snowboarding. A great fun safe day we had.
