Cindy is wonderful. Very professional, attentive, friendly.
The only negative thing is that there’s only One staff on per day, except Saturdays. So if you want to go with a friend, Saturdays are it.

They were very accommodating, as we were delayed on arriving. They went right to work and got us in and out in the scheduled time, which allowed us to make our next activity on time.
The spa itself was a bit hard to locate, but was clean and comfortable enough, and the service was good as well.
