The staffers at MD Body & Med Spa devote themselves entirely to aesthetic services, including laser-hair removal and the circumference-reducing operation of the Zerona cold laser. Under the discerning eye of the center's medical director, an all-female team of laser technicians carries out each 40-minute treatment gently and efficiently. The FDA-approved procedure is completely noninvasive and requires minimal downtime. Staff also administer IPL treatments, facials, and injections, while waxers remove unwanted hair.
Licensed aesthetician Patricia Scarr and the team at Bella In You Day Spa apply years of experience to treat a variety of skin conditions. Aided by all-natural products from Éminence Organic Skin Care, they rejuvenate faces with chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microcurrent facials, and other advanced skincare treatments. They employ red, blue, yellow, green, and plaid LED light to target specific issues such as acne or sun damage, and can help to ease the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and that one spiteful freckle. A licensed massage therapist uses a detail-oriented approach to providing relaxing and therapeutic massages and body treatments, tailoring each experience to the specific needs of that customer.
The massage therapists, acupuncturists, and reflexologists at A Touch for Wellness administer a roster of treatments designed to address
mind, body, and soul. They offer customized facials, for example, to help reveal a softer, more youthful complexion, as well as advanced skincare therapies that yield more dramatic benefits. These include bio-electric rejuvenating treatments, which use microcurrents to tone and lift the muscles in the face, and quantum healing treatments, which use plasma and ionized oxygen to pare down acne and rosacea and increase collagen and elastin. Massage therapists, meanwhile, lift the spirits
and shoo away tension with customized bodywork treatments like LaStone or deep-tissue therapy, and can also add indulgent extras like a milk and honey foot scrub, sugar foot scrub, or foot wrap made of delicious bacon.
The skincare professionals at Sugar Spot know you love your skin, so they cover it in curative botanical mud. During the Moor mud wrap, they smother the body in 100% organic peet-bog mud to remove toxins, tighten the skin, and treat back acne. The staff uses ingredients such as mineral salt to smooth rough areas and lactic acid to soften fine lines. They correct sun spots with a brightening agent, and at the end of conditioning treatments, they apply masks to restore moisture and protect skin from irritants and wild cream pies. They also slough away dead skin cells with chemical peels, which leave a clean surface for glo minerals makeup.

Q&A with Marj, Owner/Practitioner
Sometimes the little things make all the difference. Do you bake any supplementary services into your main services?
All facials end with a hot aromatic towel and customized finishing creams, serums, and sunscreen. All facial clients will benefit from some degree of energy work, as well as a gentle acupressure scalp massage and relaxing facial massage (in the La Frande Classique European facial).
What are some of your most popular services? What do you think clients love them so much?
The nonsurgical face-lift is a great no-downtime alternative to turning back the clock. I have many clients who combine massage with a facial service in the same appointment for an all encompassing mini spa day. I am certified in chemical peels and microdermabrasion. People ... leave feeling great but don't know exactly why. It's the healing energy they receive—I promise.
Besides making clients happy, what do you like most about your job?
i love the healing aspect of everything I do. I genuinely care about each client's personal story, their life, and helping them improve their quality of life. I am passionate about educating a client about products, ingredients, and their own bodies.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
I'm an ethnic-skin specialist [and do] Reiki energy work. Regular clients benefit from me noticing subtle changes in their body or skin and correcting them within the parameters of my licensure and skill set. Good home skincare doesn't have to be rocket science. It can be simple & straightforward.
