I was having difficulty to install windows 11 on my old computer which was running windows 10. David from the support team who provided the activation code for windows 11 to me was very patient to guide me every step of the way till I successfully completed the installation into my computer. We have exchanged emails several times till I could finally complete it. Thank you David for being patient.

She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.” Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.

Had a custom digital image made and wanted to have it printed on canvas. Turned out great. Can't wait to give it as an Xmas givt.
