Purchase two to upgrade. Move from 2019 to 2024 was no issue. Upgrading from 2021 to 2024 has known MS issues. The support team here was fantastic. When I originally ran into the update issue, and exhausting online guidance through various help threads, I was looking to contact this company when I received an email from the companies support team verifying all was ok. In the email was the mention of contacting support, which I did. The support team was relentless in working through the situation and successfully got the 2024 working. Much appreciated.
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
