Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
The product was as described (I purchased the Mac version), and it was easy to install and activate by following the provided instructions. I recommend this to other buyers.
