This was such a good deal! The instructions were helpful and easy to follow to retrieve your product key. I actually signed on to my Microsoft account and entered my product key there first -- which meant I was already authenticated on each program and only needed to download and install. I thought I was going to need some help and emailed the company, but I solved my issue in about 5 minutes. They still responded shortly after that -- so the communication response is awesome. I took my 12 year-old daughter and her friends for her birthday. They did the Blackbeard room. Not going to lie, I would definitely recommend having an adult actively in the room helping. They ended up getting really frustrated, but the staff was amazing in helping them with clues. I might recommend ages 14 and up if going in without an adult. All that said, great experience and great staff!
I was suspicious because of the low price but found out it was correct. I followed easy instructions & downloaded. Had a problem about the license so I contacted the company & David got back to me promptly & helped me sort it out quickly. All good now.
