I received the voucher and download quickly, and the vendor emailed me detailed instructions when I had a bit of difficulty, so I was able to enjoy my Office suite within hours of my purchase. I was a bit at sea, but the vendor was great. For frazzled computer users like me, I would advise to remember this is a muti-step process (e.g., get voucher, redeem voucher, receive download & product key, download software, activate the license with the product key), don't rush, and save a copy of the purchase redemption, download, and product key at the steps along the way. I plan to keep this documentation in case I need to reinstall further down the road. As for the product itself, having access to Word, Excel and PowerPoint without annual subscription fees is wonderful!
