I came in to see Ms.Chantal, I had a lot of upper shoulder as well as neck pain. After receiving the swedish massage, my body feels amazing. Ms.Chantal is very knowledgeable about the muscle group anatomy. She also sat down with me, and told me the trigger points she focused on and the things I can do at home to alleviate muscle tension.
