The staff presented a number of very informative presentations about the estuary, the fish that live there, and the issues impacting the waterways in Florida. An enjoyable and informative afternoon.
I had questions to make sure I was ordering correctly and also some technical questions. In both calls the customer service person I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient and clearly explained everything I was unsure of, even directing me to a website to learn how to create a jpeg. I am very happy & satisfied with the 2 pillows with covers I received. The pictures on both pillows are beautiful and clear, exactly what I envisioned.
