First time, I found the instructions covered what I needed to know. Tried contacting the support email, but I got a reply back partly in French, just asking for my redemption code, so I didn’t pursue it any further.
Shutterfly books have been created and loved by my family for YEARS! Their products are always high quality and durable. I love the new feature where you upload your pix and they create a book for you with them--GENIUS!!!
