The woman at the front was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Also, the pod room is wonderful, with a shower and everything you need to head back into the world after being completely and utterly relaxed.

Wonderful experience - skin felt and looked great, the products used have a lovely citrusy energizing fragrance, the setting is calming, and the spa treatment is very relaxing.
