Kristie was friendly and knowledgeable. The treatment wasn't painful at all and had an oddly satisfying, warm sensation. I did feel like it tightened everything up a little bit. I had a great experience and will likely make a second appointment to see more results.

This illuminating facial is my favorite. It's very soothing and moisturizing with a gentle facial/shoulder massage. The first two products have a gentle fruity fragrance that I enjoyed even though I'm normally super sensitive to smells and can get hives/headaches/confusion. I literally fell asleep for a few minutes because this facial was so relaxing!
