I gave her five stars because I could not have asked for a nicer experience. She was very nice, welcoming, friendly and very kind and understanding. I needed some TLC for my hair and she took care of that. She cares enough about her clients to provide "micro-cuts" which I have never had and she is fair in her pricing. This is very much appreciated. Especially when all I need is a touch up or a bang trim. I just can't pay 85 dollars every time I need a trim and she gets that. She is fun to talk to and her little suite is cute and happy.

Competent, friendly, comfortable salon, really happy with the results.

ADDED HIGHLIGHTS TO VIRGIN ULTRA FINE BLONDE HAIR for the first time. I am in my early 40s and my hair is changing. I was super nervous about it at first, worried it would get fried and break off, but it was a piece of cake! I love the shade, and it makes my hair look thicker and healthier. Roxy was able to get me in on short notice due to a cancellation. Had to wait a few minutes, but great cut & personality.
